This charming mediterranean style house is situated on the outskirts of Sóller, in a sunny and especially tranquil zone of the valley, 5 minutes driving from the center of the town, 2 minutes from the picturesque village of Biniaraix, the beginning of one of the most spectacular routes of hiking of Majorca, the Barranc of Biniaraix. The Port of Sóller and its beaches are to only 8 minutes.
The house has been completely equipped and decorated for a family holiday, and offers two double rooms (one with double bed and the second with two single beds). There is a living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, spacious kitchen-dining room fully equipped and two bathrooms (one with shower in the ground floor and one with hidromassage on the first). Enjoy the meals “al fresco” in any of the three terraces, all they with tables and chairs.
The main bedroom has aircon and access to a private terrace with lovely mountin views.
Outside we find there is a cosy garden and the above ground pool (size 5x3m) that is perfect for the children and refreshing in a sunny summer day. There is also a solarium with sunbeds and a great covered terrace with table, chairs, some kitchen accessories and fridge to enjoy unforgettable dinners in one of the most idyllic parts of Majorca.
