This beautiful stone house is located in a very quiet spot of Sóller with the advantage of being at only five min. walk to Sóller centre. The entrance door leads into the dinning room, provided with a large table and chairs and on the left, there is an open plan kitchen very well equipped with a large fridge freezer, a microwave and 4-ring gas hob with oven, a toaster, etc, plus a good selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils.
A flight of stairs leads up to the spacious living room with typical high-beamed ceilings. The room is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and it has a big TV with French Satellite and DVD plus a wood stove for the winter. There are also some games for adults and children, as well as some films and music cd’s. A further flight of stairs leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with twins (90x200), a kind of small bureau with a single bed and a shower room.
The second floor has 2 big double rooms with twins (90x200), one with a small TV and the other with an en suite shower room. Every room has a fan and air conditioning cold and hot. They all have a wardrobe as well. Downstairs there is a cellar with a washing machine and a dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. There is a broad band internet connexion with WIFI.
Outside there is an orange garden with patio furniture plus a barbecue and surrounded by bushes of flowering shrubs for privacy from the neighbouring gardens. It has a big wooden table, many chair and a terrace with lovely views. There you have the jacuzzi, up to 4 people and sundeks.
